Fake emails from Paypal and Ebay - BEWARE!
Received another email today from 'PayPal' stating that my payment of $380 had been made to a seller. This is one of several identical phishing emails I've received recently. I'd not bought anything for that value and my eye was drawn to advice saying follow the link to 'www.paypal.com' if you have not authorised this payment for a full refund.
My first instinct was to click on the link. The PayPal login screen appeared asking for my ebay logon ID and password. And fortunately I remembered the advice never to use a link in an email to go to eBay or PayPal.
Yes, they looked EXACTLY as the official PayPal email and Webpage should look, complete with logos, security warnings etc. However, the address in the web browser was not PayPal.
Never click a link in an email to Paypal or ebay. Use your own bookmarks.
Help others avoid this scam by voting for this guide below and increasing its visibility. Thanks.

Mp3 Guide: Avoid The Frustration.
Mp3 Guide: Avoid The Frustration. The first thing you search up is Mp3 and overloaded by the vast amount of options which you never knew even existed? There are a few main things you need check out for before buying an Mp3, things which you should be weary of, things of which thousands of innocent buyers can fall into when buying Mp3s. This guide will give you an overview or at the very least, a guide to helping you make your decisions, telling you things of which you need to notice and the things you may want to know before going into the wide world of Ebay options.Take note of:1/ Hacked Mp3'sThere are certain Mp3 types that seem to the eye "Oh, this is took good to be true" and usually is. Sometimes there may be that 8GB mp3 at an incredibly low price, reason? It's actually a 1gb Mp3. Using certain programs to make it read as a 8GB or feel like it is but soon enough you will find out you got scammed...good. Avoid any Mp3's that say it has compressed memory, there is a reason why people don't bid on it unless you want 1GB of memory, and even then it's no assuringly that it is the real size. Usually these come in the form of; * This is a compressed 8GB flash drive, the 8GB capacity is for storing data files only; the actual playable and recordable capacity is 1GB. 2/ Where you are buying from Be aware and cautious when buying from places like China, everyone should know they are leading manufacturers in well...everything. Firstly you are buying generic brands 98% of the time, meaning you are buying cheap imitations usually based on branded products (Apple has been the main source of this). When buying from places like China, you are buying from manufacturers which I like to base around "quantity over quality" where it's all about making as much as you can rather than having high quality items. 3/ Quality of items Read description's, take notes, compare when buying from overseas
buyers because there will always be a catch or problems. Especially
with my personal experience of having failed mp3's, video problems,
slow connections, difficulty with controls, maneuvering, mp3's breaking
down and the list goes on. Fake Ipod4/ I-pod fakesThese are the main culprits of generic products which are raving Ebay
by storm. These are considerably cheaper than the original Ipod
Nano and are the main reason for their success. It is also successful
for their variety of features which the Nano misses out on. My history with these products leaves me in a
place to never touch generic brands again but like others, I still am
tempted by the features nowadays. Be wary of the features and know that you are in a greater area of risk when buying these types. With the overload of these fake Ipods and it's features it is recommended you not get too excited over it, and take your time when choosing.Summary and tipsOverall what you should've got out of this.Watch out for hacked Mp3's.If the deal is too good too be true then take a close look and be assured it is real. When buying from places like China, be even more aware at their products.Choose wisely if you want an imitation.Don't rush into buying when you see one that excites you, take your time and choose. Some Mp3's are overloaded with features, this can be a bad thing. Choose something to your need.Identify an Ipod whether it is real or fake.Generics aren't always bad, but it's hard to find one up to the standard of real ones.Don't let the generics put you off real brands. I recommend you buy from high quality brands if you want something worth your money.Apple, Samsung, Creative, Sandisk, Zune, Samsung and Sony are just the few of the high quality brands out there which I would recommend when buying a reliable product.Creative Zen 30GB

when Sennheiser CX300 meets CX400 new release of CX500
Userability of Sennheiser CX300 vs CX400 - A true iPod owner's experience with Sennheiser
Undoutablly, Sennheiser CX300 is one of the most purchases quality earphones. I'm using CX300 white for my iPod Nano silver 4G, they matches perfectly well, high-quality stereo ear-canal headphones with powerful, bass-driven stereo sound is for sure proven truth. Price tag? Hmmm... around AUD80, but you can get from our ebay store with a massive 35% off of Rrp.
CX400 is relatively new to the CX family, one thing is quite interesting is that, I actually quite like the model on the CX300 packaging, compare with a bold dark skin guy, did put me back to my seat for quite sometime, until....
CX400 has RED, Blue in addition to its traditional black and white earphones. Judge from the packaging, it's not bad at all. So I decided to give it a go, amazingly, the CX400 has an excellent passive attenuation of ambient noise, even at home, I cannot hear my wife's yelling at me! That's a big PLUS!
Price tag? Sky rocketing AUD150 (RRP)!!! Well, what can I say? It IS faithfully superior quality and worth the money, but here's an even shocking news, we have genuine CX400 with 2 years warranty at merely $99! Believe or not, check out et power store and see for yourself!
I love the Red CX400, it's my latest iPod soul mate! Also to keep you at the very front of the fashion and technology, CX500 has just been released as well, CX 500 Titan is a super hot earphone with volume controller integrated into the cable! Not sure how much exactly going to be the digit on the tag, but for sure it's the mode we all going to be anxiously waiting for!
In conclusion, buy CX300 or CX400 or even hold to your pocket money for the Titan500? It's your choice.
Et Power stock CX300 ( black or white) for AUD 50-55, reckon it's good for a starter to really enjoy a comfy in-ear listening experience.
CX400 has a range of colors, from Hot Red to Cool Blue, of course the traditional black and white version all for grap from our ebay store under $100, you cannot go wrong with this model, regardless you are a typical Aussie block or fashionable babe.
For the CX500, personally, I donot require an earphone has volume adjustment while iPod's control is so easy to navigate. But I won't mind to give it a go when it's released from our ebay store.

INCENSE - Everything You Need to Know!
A BRIEF HISTORY OF INCENSE
The word 'incense' is derived from the Latin 'incensum' - to set on fire. Incense, whether stick, resin, cone or herb, is smouldered to release its fragrance through aromatic smoke.
Our passion for Incense is as old as written history. The use of cedar as incense was recorded in the "Epic of Gilgamesh", a Sumerian flood story that predates Noah. At sunrise, noon and sunset each day the ancient Egyptians burned resins and 'Kyphi', a blend of aromatic herbs, wine and fruit, as ritual incense offerings to the sun god Ra; whereas the Greeks burnt Juniper, Cedar or Myrrh to mask the stench of burning flesh during animal sacrifices to their gods. When Jesus was born, the three wise men are said to have brought offerings of Frankincense, Myrrh and Gold - which may have been referring to fragrant golden Ambergris. Incense was a valuable commodity, and burning it was like a personal sacrifice of one's wealth.
Nearly all religions, from Buddhism to Islam to Catholicism, have embraced incense - think of the burning of Frankincense during religious ceremonies; the smouldering of Sandalwood for meditation. Native Americans burnt desert sage 'Smudge Sticks' to cleanse and purify. Indian Ayurvedic medicine has long prescribed the burning of incense to treat physical or mental ailments. In Japan, precious pieces of Aloeswood were treated as family heirlooms or state treasures.
Today incense is still used for ritual purposes. But it can also be used for so much more: to relax, to scent, to deodorise. To spark creativity, to encourage sensuality, or to lift the spirits. The choice is yours.
NATURAL vs ARTIFICIAL INCENSE
Most people would be surprised to learn of the inferior materials used in the majority of cheaper modern incense. It has become custom for manufacturers of cheap incense to use ingredients such as coal powder, grease

Give away things you have no need for.
Iam a creative person and i know a few others that are also, if you have any wool, knitting needles, crochet hooks, sewing or tapestry items you have no need for,why not give them to the red-cross lady's,or the lady's that knit and sew for the hospitals, iam only one of millions of women that knit and sew for the charities,if you have no need for them iam sure that most of the sewing knitting groups would appreciate those needles and other items you have no need for.One particular friend of mine would crochet the blankets and i would knit them for the homeless, when we gave these people the blankets there face would light up with such gratitude, that is the gift,to make these people happy that have so little makes the world a better place,if you have any wool or left over torn blankets,we can recycle them,i too would make sure that they recieve them also,as xmas will be here soon have some thought for these people. It's so easy to throw out the things when a mother or grandmother dies especially if you dont knit or sew.Give away the clutter ,and make someones day. Just food for thought. Most community centres would appreciate these things to,neighbourhood centres, poor areas, centres for abused women and children, homeless men and women, sometimes it can be your own neighbours.Caring for others is the same as caring for your own "soul".

Buying the right dog bed to suit your dogs needs
Buying the right dog bed can be extremely confusing ! What may look great to you does not suit your best mates needs.
This can even get more harder when you own a large to extra large dog as you require extra size, strength and support.
So what is the best type of dog bed ?
One of the best all round dog bed is the raised dog bed.
What makes these beds so great for your dog ?
As you can see by the photo they are up off the ground which means
Increase airflow around dog. Cooler in Summer, reduces smells and odours.
Great for Winter as it gets them off the cold floor you can also buy futons or lambswool covers for extra warmth
Assists arthritic, elderly or dogs rehabilitating from injury as the bed supports the animals weight and gets them off the hard floor.
Extra comfort, like sleeping in a hammock
Flea deterrent as the animal is up out of the dirt and the cover needs to be closely weaved for extra deterrent of fleas.
There are more and more of these beds on the market, so buying the right bed can be extremely confusing. What to look for in buying the right raised bed.
Frame, The frame must be strong to support your dogs weight and to last, even lighter sized dogs can really put the frame to the test. Avoid frames which are screwed at the joints as these can break.
Cover, As with the frame the cover must be made of a material which is extra strong to support dogs digging, rolling and chewing. It is no use having a strong frame and the cover does not last.
Plenty of stock of canvas covers, no matter how strong the cover for the bed is it will eventually wear out so make sure that the supplier has plenty in stock.
Removable cover, make sure that the cover is easily removable for cleaning and replacement
Size, Ensure that the size suits your dog and if you have an elderly dog that it is not to far off the floor
Flea resistant alot of these types of beds now have the cover as a

Selling items "AS IS"
Hello again fellow eBayers
I have been asked by others how to ensure you don't get negative feedback when selling an item "AS IS".
For example, you may be selling a motorbike that has a dent on the tank, doesn't start and has a flat back tyre.
Ok, firstly, you have to understand that it is impossible to please
everyone. On that note, if you take simple precutions in your listing
and cover all problems that your item has, you can then say with all
honesty that the buyer was aware of the problems.
What I do is quite simple and if everyone did it, it would reduce the risk of buyer dissapointment.
1) Take plenty of good photos. Make sure the photos show the item
clearly. Dont post tiny pics or blurred pics. This only gives the buyer
ammunition to use against you because they could not see the extent of
the damage to the item.
2) Ensure you list the faults. A picture may be worth a thousand words
but a picture and a description will ensure there is no reason for the
buyer to be misled. When listing your item list the good qualities so
it will sell but also tell them about the scratch/dent/marks ect.
3) Make sure you have the words "AS IS" in nice big and/or bold letters so it stands out.
5) In your listing, write something like " If you have any questions /
reservations or would like to know more, please hit the 'ASK THE SELLER
A QUESTION" button. I will ensure all questions are answered and posted
to this auction page"
6) If someone asks you a serious question, make sure you answer it as
quick as possible ( they are a potential buyer) and tick the box which
says "post this on your site"
7) I cannot stress enough the importance of good communication between sellers and buyers.
Buyers are buying an item virtually sight unseen so the more info you
give them, the better chance you have of them feeling comfortable with
dealing with you and placing a bid
Well, I hope this info is usefull to any sellers out there and don't be
shy about clicking the "was this guide helpfull" button if it is.
Cheers

Introducing kids to fishing.
Introducing Kids to Fishing
We all know the pressure facing parents these days when bringing up children. We all want our children to advance through there childhood and even adult life with little problems and the best that life can give. Not all the time this happens and kids go AWOL, especially during those teenage years.
For those who fish, you will know what I mean when I say it gives an undescribable release from day to day issues and dramas and gives you a fantastic appreciation of how good life is and the beauty of the world we live in. I believe that by introducing your children to fishing allows you to teach your children a good appreciation of life without saying anything. It pretty much will speak for itself.
My son started fishing with me just short of his third birthday. He is four now and in that time, with little effort, I have unleased an absolute monster passion from within him to go fishing. He is so in love with the concept, his teddy bear has been replaced with a box of

What Guitar Strings Should a Beginner Buy?
We get asked this a lot so hopefully this will help and please feel free to continue asking at any time. We are always happy to help. The Beginner PlayerTypically you will want to buy a lighter gauge string set. The reason is to reduce the pressure your fingers have to endure while you are building up callouses (or tougher skin at least). If you are learning the guitar AND have to also deal with the discomfort of finger tip pain, then the guitar will give you grief and while are learning, you need to make it as easy as realistically possible. Lighter gauge strings will help do this as they are thinner.Tone is directly associated with string gauge but as a beginner, you don't need to worry about that. Just worry about making your instrument as comfortable as possible while you try and learn it's mysteries. If you are learning on an electric, then we recommend 09-42 Lights or even 08-38 Super Light sets.If you are learning on acoustic (better option), then we recommend 10-46 Extra Lights. 28-43 if you are playing a nylon string guitar. Also if you are studying with a teacher, make sure to ask he/she about your string gauges. Any good teacher will be keen to help you with this. Please let us know if you would like any more specific information added and happy playing!

FINE USED and VERY FINE USED stamp quality
Many sellers on eBay use the terms 'FINE USED' and 'VERY FINE USED' probably assuming that the terms mean nice stamps. In fact the terms are designed to refer to stamps which are much better than average.
There are exact definitions of the terms, Stanley Gibbons uses the measure relating to;
GENERALLY, "sound in all respects, without creases, bends, wrinkles, pin holes, thins or tears. If perforated all perforation teeth should be intact, it should not suffer from fading, rubbing or toning and should be of clean, fresh appearance"
CENTRING, "appear in the exact centre of the perforated area" with FINE there may be some slight movement.
CANCELLATION, Stanley gibbons provide graphic examples which show a ;VERY FINE as having a light circular cancel over about 25% of the stamp. FINE would be a light circular cancel over not more than 50% of the stamp. GOOD USED, any other form of cancel, including non CDS (Circular Date Stamp) and heavy postmarks.
Often it seems that the graphics indicated on some auctions listed as FINE USED can obviously be classified as a lesser grade merely by looking at the item. Remember Good Used have a CV of as much as a 50% discount on the FU CV indicated in catalogues. DON'T pay high prices for stamps which are obviously less than Fine Used.

HOW TO STRETCH MAKEUP DOLLARS
Save the paper or plastic inserts that cover powder products. They prevent flaking, which wastes powder. Keep cosmetics in a makeup kit, if you carry them in your purse or tote bag. This will prevent them from getting tossed around, which causes the products to crumble. Prevent lipsticks from a craking by extending them no more than 1/2 inch from the tube. Dont pump a mascara wand. This causes to enter the tube and dry out the product, instead, insert the wand, twist, and remove. Keep cosmetics like lipsticks in the refrigerator during hot weather to prevent melt-down. [ Don't leave them in the car on a 90-degree day!]

Understand your seller's feedback - trust it or not
Can buyers trust feedback on Ebay anymore? Many sellers on Ebay engage
in feedback hostage, the practice of witholding leaving feedback for
the buyer until they can see what feedback the buyer leaves for them.
If a buyer is unhappy with some part of the trasaction and leaves
feedbck to reflect that experience, the seller will reciprocate the bad
feedback on the buyers profile even though the buyer did everything
right! These sellers have completely corrupted the intended use of
Ebay's feedback system.
The result of this practice is to inflate the sellers feedback
record well above what it should be. Many unhappy buyers just don't
leave feedback for these sellers or leave bad comments with a positive
rating out of fear the seller will retaliate with a negative to hurt
their own rating. Or they leave the seller a negative, the seller
retaliates, then agree to the mutual feedback withdrawl offered by the
seller. How can anyone trust a seller engaged in feedback hostage
rating when those unhappy are afraid to post feedback?
I can think of no other business-customer relationship where
there is a mechanism for the business to retaliate against an unhappy
customer. Competing peer to peer trading sites often have no ability at
all to rate the customer, so retaliation is not an issue. Can you
imagine making a complaint about a product you bought at Sears, only to
have Sears complain about you?
Sellers who engage in "feedback hostage" have invented all kinds of
excuses to justify the practice. From claiming their automated system
does it that way (not true, they have chosen to set it like that, they
could choose to have it leave feedback on receipt of paypal payment) to
claiming Ebay says they should do it that way. But what does Ebay
really say?
Ebay's help section clearly recommends the proper way for sellers to operate is to leave feedback first:
"Leaving Feedback Just as building your reputation is important, so is it for the buyer. Make sure to leave feedback for your buyers after you receive payment.
In difficult situations, try and work things out first with your buyers
before leaving negative feedback. Remember, feedback is permanent.
Acknowledge Payment Once you receive payment from your buyer send an email to 1) acknowledge receipt of payment and 2) to notify the buyer that you will be shipping the item. It's also a good idea to leave feedback for your buyer at this point.
Here are the basics of listing items for sale: 6. Leave feedback. After your successful sale, leave feedback for your buyer, and ask that they do the same."
"The Official Ebay Bible" book by Ebay's dean of education Jim Griffith
uses even stronger language to promote sellers beine the one to leave
feedback first is the proper way to operate.
Feedback hostage sellers often claim they do it because there are so
many bad buyers out there leaving unjustified neagtive feedback. Is
this really the case? If that were the case why does almost everyone on
EBay have very close to 100% rating, including sellers who always leave
feedback for their buyer first? One seller on the Nortica top 500
largest Ebay sellers list who always leaves feedback on payment has a
99.9% rating from receiving over 77,000 feedback! A random sampling of
the top sellers list finds the sellers who leave feedback first average
a higher feedback percentage then those who hold feedback hostage. It
seems highly unlikely that is achieved just by luck, while these
feedback hostage sellers get bad buyers leaving negatives left and
right.
The truth is the vast majority of Ebay buyers are great, the number
leaving unjustified negative feedback tiny. Sellers who complain about
all these bad buyers are most likely doing something themselves to
cause buyers to want to leave them negative feedback.
Want to avoid feedback hostage - many sellers who do it state
so right in their listing. When you see something like "We always
reciprocate positive feedback" or "Leave postive feedback for me so I
will know that the item has been received and you are happy with the
transaction", it should be considered an implied threat meaning "if you
leave a neg or neutral for me you are surely going to get a neg in
return". But what if the listing says nothing on feedback...
Luckily there is a simple solution for buyers. In seconds one can click
on a sellers profie and compare the dates they left/received feedback
from the same buyer. If a number of transactions show the seller has
left feedback on the same or later day then they received it you have
found a feedback hostage seller. If being able to trust that a seller's
feedback profile truly reflects their service is important, and you
want the ability to leave feedback if you are unhappy without receiving
retaliation feedback, move on to the next seller. There are many great
sellers on ebay operating in a professional business like manner who do
not engage in feedback hostage.
There are many benefits from buying from sellers who leave
feedback first. It serves as a great filter - Sellers who engage in
selling bootleg items, misdescribe item condition, use unreliable drop
shippers, are slow to ship or fail to respond to emails are unlikely to
be among the sellers leaving feedback first. They know they will have
customer complaints, so protect their rating through the threat of
retaliation. Buyers can be confident sellers who have left feedback
first, thereby allowing their buyers to leave honest feedback without
any threat, have a profile that accurately reflects their service.
Finally, while most transactions on ebay are completed without a hitch,
if something goes wrong you can leave an honest comment without knowing
the seller will retaliate even though you did nothing wrong.
Holding feedback hostage is the one of the most dishonorable
practices on eBay. I refuse to do business with sellers enaged in it.
Colin Rule, eBay and PayPal's Director of Online Dispute
Resolution, wrote an excellent blog entry on feedback for the eBay
Chatter:
"Life is too short to live in fear. If a buyer communicates well and
pays quickly, why wait? Give them the positive. It communicates
something important about our values: we choose to trust, and we
believe that people are basically good. It's really rare for a buyer to
leave a neg for a good seller that leaves them a positive. It doesn't
make us vulnerable to take the first step... in fact, just the
opposite. It frees us from the constant fear and worry of being
susceptible to the one unreasonable person out there."

How to Give Your Spouse a Valentine's Day Present
Valentine's Day can be a time to recapture the romance of a relationship ' finding the right gift can be stressful, though, especially if you are short of time or money. The following guidelines may help you find the perfect valentine for the one you love.
Instructions:
STEP 1: Think romance! This usually means avoiding the practical, and selecting something frivolous, romantic, and lots of fun ' unless, of course, you absolutely know that a new blender or table saw is your spouse's heart's desire.
STEP 2: Keep it personal. Instead of just buying a generic Valentine's Day gift, think about what your spouse really enjoys, and shop accordingly.
STEP 3: Be creative, especially if you are trying to stay within a budget. The most interesting and romantic gifts are often the ones that involve the most thought and planning!
STEP 4: Remember that gifts don't have to be huge or expensive to be romantic. Sometimes one tiny, perfect bunch of someone's favorite freesias or tulips can be more romantic than two dozen red roses.
STEP 5: Include a small surprise if you can manage it. This doesn't have to be anything huge ' it could be as simple as leaving a rose on the table for your spouse to find first thing in the morning, or serving breakfast in bed!
STEP 6: Give the best present of all ' your time and attention, as well as a gift. Try to spend a few hours just being together, relaxing, and revisiting the romance of your relationship.

How to Build and Increase your Stamp Collection!!
As mentioned in an earlier guide, we know that stamp collecting is one of the most popular hobbies in the entire world. Those who collect stamps for the pure pleasure, and who take some comfort in the knowledge that their collections are valuable, understand that if the time came to sell part or all of their collection, then they might not be able to get back the total real cost of what has been put into the collection. The long hours, the effort, all the squinting and straining looking for watermarks or post marks... but, a true collector will write off this difference as part of the cost of their pleasure which stamps can bring them over many years.
One of the most important things a collector of stamps needs to have is an objective. Whether it is to collect one of every stamp from a particular country, fill up a printed album, or to specialise in just one stamp and its variations. As long as you have the time, the interest, and possibly the cash, this approach can be undertaken in many cases. For example, collecting one of each kind of the stamps of the Commonwealth of Australia is quite feasible, as long as you had some spare cash... but, there have only ever been two people to complete the entire collection of United State stamps, and for both persons, it involved single stamps worth more than US$1 million...
In general, the starting point for many new collectors is to ask family and friends to save stamps from their incoming mail. A really great way to amass large amounts of stamps is to speak to small business owners in your local area. Chances are all the stamps they will save will be very similar, but it will allow you to get full sets of the currently released series, and there is always the chance of getting a $10 or $20 stamp. Believe it or not, stamps kept by elderly relatives are an absolute gold mine! Rare state stamps, higher value pre-deciaml stamps, or simply multiple copies of a reasonably priced stamp can help fill a collection plus also give you stamps to trade and sell. Some old letters and postacards may also have rare or valuable stamps... but be careful! Some postcards or first day covers, etc. can be worth more than the stamps, so check first!!
Perhaps one of the best tools to have when starting a collection is a printed album featuring all the stamps of a particular country, or all the variations of a particular stamp, such as the Australian KGV stamps. The album gives a pretty clear indication of the stamps that are required to complete the collection, and also can neatly and clearly display the stamps that have already been obtained.
It is relatively easy to fill the spaces in a printed album, but this type of collection also has its limitations. What happens once you have filled the album? It might be an option then to just collect mint unhinged copies of the stamps, as well as used, or CTO copies. But, this would mean having a second album, and going through the process all over again looking for the same stamps, and, chances are, spending a lot more money. Rather than take this approach, in my experience, a lot of collectors take one of two paths: either they diversify their collections, basically giving them a broader range to collect, or, they specify even further, which gives them a more narrow band and just several stamps to collect. For example, if you have filled your printed album of Commonwealth of Australia stamps from 1900 to 1966, you may then begin to start collecting state and colony stamps, or decimal stamps, or postage dues. On the other hand, once one album is completed, a collector may wish to just collect corner blocks, imprint pairs, monograms or plate numbers. Innevitably though, this will lead the stamp collector begining a new album, and thus inadvertantly increasing their collection.
As mentioned above, the stamps collected from family members are often all very similar, and in general are called definitives. These stamps can seem mundane, but considering their variety of colours, perforations, post marks and possible printing errors, these mundane stamps can fill many pages in a collection!
When, and if, a collector decides it is time to introduce variety, or specific focus, to a collection, more often than not it will require purchasing stamps, especially if you are trying to obtain higher values, less common stamps, or a very specific shade, watermark, etc. There are lots of ways to purchase stamps, including dealers, post offices or online. Rare and old stamps can bought this way, with costs of stamps varying for tens to thousands of doallars. But, for the beginner, large numbers of stamps, often still 'on paper,' can be bought quite cheaply and easily on line in bulk. A really great way to buy harder to get stamps is in small lots, or collections listed as "all different."
When you have exhausted all family members, local businesses, and friends for stamps, the best thing to do is go to

Why you don't want to use PayPal
PayPal is quite simply NOT Safe for Buyers or Sellers
It's simply not possible to have a fast and safe payment method for buyers and sellers. In its current form PayPal is fairly heavily slanted in favor of the buyer. That said, if a seller has no money in their account and a buyer wins their dispute they get back no money at all. PayPal is supposedly "free to buyers" but this isn't the case when buying in foreign currencies. If a dispute is won after paying in a foreign currency you will be charged a conversion fee of 2.5%. Infact every foreign currency transaction is charged.
It Gets Worse for Australian Sellers...
Many forms of commonly used postage are not accepted as proof of postage by PayPal and in the event of a dispute you will lose automatically, having your account limited in the process. You risk taking payment from a credit card that is fraudulent, or claimed to be, and then you lose again, as well as an administration fee above what ever the payment was. The fees are an obvious detraction, but I'm sure you're already aware of that. One of PayPal's biggest advantages is speed, not so in the case of the eCheque, which can take a week to clear. If someone pays into the wrong account, and the payment is accepted, eBay marks it as paid and

EBAY FEEDBACK ART-GREAT WAY TO ADD EXPOSURE TO AUCTIONS
Hi Folks!
Want to stand out when you give a good (or bad) feedback? Want
people to say, "hay! ain't that cute"! Well, I've collected a whole
bunch of "designer" feedbacks that people will really notice the next
time they look at your feedback! It's good to be a humble person, the
Bible tells us so, but when it comes to business on Ebay, good
advertising is esential in getting not only your message across, but
also for people to be exposed to your items. When you give someone a
noticed feedback, it makes people think twice into looking at what else
you have to offer. Every bit of exposure helps.
The following then is a bunch of artistically creative feedbacks
which I noticed and am passing them on to you. You can of course write
anything you want by erasing the words, so be creative and let us all
see what you have to say!
Please vote on this guide, it helps us all become creative too!

CAN I BACK OUT OF AN AUCTION BID? BID RETRACTION GUIDE
"Please support us by giving a positive vote to our
guides..."Sometimes you'll bid on an item only to see it for sale in the
Sunday paper at a lower price than your bid, or only to realize that you've
already spent your grocery money for the month. In such cases, is it okay to
back out?
A. No. Just as would be the case in a "live" auction, eBay auction bids
are considered legal and binding on both bidder and seller. As a bidder, you
must pay for the item and receive it if you win, and likewise, the seller must
transfer ownerhship of the item to you and deliver it to you once you have paid
for it as a winning bidder. There are three exceptions to this rule, but are
very clear and narrowly defined:
You may back out of a bid if you have accidentally mis-entered your bid. For
example, a bid is not binding if you entered 1000 for an item on which you
intended to bid only 10.
You may back out of a bid if after you bid the seller substantially alters
the item's description or specifications in such a way that the value of the
item is significantly altered.
You may back out of a bid if after you bid a seller who you were
previously able to contact can no longer be contacted or no longer responds to
your inquiries between the time of the bid and auction close.

Preparation for the ride Around the Bay in a Day
Introduction:
Sunday October the 15th thousands of people will attempt to ride their push bikes, kick bikes or even unicycles around the Port Phillip Bay in Melbourne. This is a guide for a novice rider how to prepare for the event.
Before you even touch your bike make sure you are visible on the road (BRIGHT COLOURED CLOTHES always) and your helmet is sound fitted properly!!! Allways obey the road rules and think that the cars won't be necessarily paying any attention to you.
June:
4 months to go. Register for the event to ensure you get to enter the event you want to. You can do this on the internet. All the relevant information can be found at http://bv.com.au/.
You should be riding atleast 3 days a week various distances. You can use any bike you want to. The idea is to get your body used to riding. Set yourself up a schedule. You could perhaps ride two shorter rides before or after work. When training for an over 200km ride, a short ride is an hour. On your day off ride a longer ride about 2-2.5hours. Listen to your body. Pay attention when you get hungry. Take a water bottle or two with you. Experiment on different nutrition. Find out what sort of foods suit you and give you energy.
Read bicycle magazines or watch The American Flyer for motivation. Stretch well after each ride.
July:
3 months to go. Increase the distances. Your short rides can now become 1.5hours and longer ones 2.5-3 hours. You will be fine with 3 days a week regime. You may choose to improve your fitness levels by choosing other activites twice a week. The ideal number of total active days per week is 5. This is enough to increase your fitness without burning you. Good cross training activities are martial arts, yoga, raquet sports, team sports, swimming, jogging, rowing or weight lifting. What ever you like is good. You must enjoy being active, otherwise a psychological burn out is inevitable this early on in your preparation.
August:
2 months to go. Now it is time for you to really start thinking about the actual ride. Your base should be strong after two months of solid training. Start organizing the bike that you will take on the days' ride. If you don't own a road bike or your back can't stand 7-9hours being bent over, slick wheels on a mountain bike is a great option. You will be able to keep up with other riders while staying comfortable. You can still train with a heavier bike to upkeep your strong base, but do experiment with long long rides at this point as well.
Try a 100km ride twice this month with the bike you are planning to ride in October. The other rides can still be done with any bike. Increase your riding days to 4 a week if you possibly can. Your shorter rides can still remain at around the 1.5hour mark, but push yourself on your days off and see how long you manage to ride at this point.
Also practice stopping and starting. It is amazingly difficult for the body to start riding again in the afternoon after a ferry trip across the bay between Queenscliff and Sorrento. Ride for a few hours, have a coffee or a cuppa tea and a snack and ride another hour after your stop. See how it feels for you. Keep up with your cross training as well.
September:
1 month to go. This is your crunch time. You will need to ride a lot this month. Keep up with your every second week 100km ride routine using your event bike and shorter rides and medium rides (1-3h) in between your big days. Stick with 4 riding days per week if possible with two shorter rides and two medium to long rides. Look after your muscles by stretching. Yoga is a good way to balance monotonous movement of your legs.
The longest ride you will have to do this month is 140km. Only do this once. You can do this in the end of the month. If you can ride 140km in one day, you will be able to push the last 70km (given you will be riding the classic 210km event) on the day quite easily as there will be mobs of riders to pull you along, the spirits are high and your adrenaline levels will also be increased.
Wear the clothes you are planning on wearing on the day. See if they keep you comfortable for a long time. Some good investments are arms and legs that you can roll up or down with weather changes, padded knicks, a bike jersey with a long back and big pockets (you will be given one of these), gel cushioned gloves and a bright coloured rain shield. Be prepared for rain or shine. It could be beautiful and sunny like in 2005 or torrential rain storm like in 2004 or anything in between.
Experiment with snacks you are planning to carry with you. Have your bike serviced by a professional mechanic towards the end of this month. If you get a chance to ride in a mob, it's a good idea to do so. It will give you a different perspective to your space on the road.
October:
2 weeks to go. It is really time to ease off now. You will not improve your fitness levels anymore. Only ride for fun and to keep your body remembering what it is like to ride. Keep checking that all your equipment is in top knick. Organize atleast two spare tubes, tire levers and a pump to take with you on the ride. Make sure you know how to change a tire.
Have a short practice ride carrying everything you will on the day; food, drinks, clothes and tools. If you feel too bulky try to see if you can substitute anything with something lighter or flatter. Remember the actual ride starts at 5am and it will be dark. Make sure your bike has both front and back lights.
Bicycle Victoria will send you a letter before the event, which you will have to bring to Melbourne with you. Either on the Saturday the day before or early on Sunday you will have to pick up your event packet. Make sure you read and follow all the instructions properly. Then the only thing you will need to do is arrive at the start line and you will be riding a very long distance all day on Sunday.
Have fun training! See you there!

Clearing your new Crystal
Clearing Crystals
Crystals and healing stones need to be cleared as soon as they are purchased. Crystals should always be cleared before and after using them for healing. After some time your crystals accumulate negative energy, they simply no longer feel right, they have a feeling of being dull and heavy and appear cloudy. The clearer the energy of any crystal the more powerful it is. There are a number of ways to clear a crystal.
ENERGY- My favourite way of clearing is using Reiki Energy. I clear them with Love and Power. That probably does not make much sense if you are not a Reiki practitioner. If you wish to learn more or become attuned to Reiki please contact me.
MOONLIGHT-Is another of my favourites. Simply place them outside in the full moon. In reality any moon phase is OK. One needs to remember that the different phases of the moon will give different results. Waxing is for attraction, waning is used to release, to state it very simply. I find over night is usualy sufficient time to clear most crystals. Remember to bring them in first thing in the morning as sunlight will fade many crystals.
SMUDGING- A quick and effective way to cleanse your crystals is to smudge them with burning sage. This is generally considered the clearing herb, although whatever works for you is usually fine.

Buying Body Piercing Jewellery - A Health Warning!!!!
With over 10,000 items of body piercing Jewellery available on e-bay how do you choose whats right for you? How do you know whats good quality? What Jewellery can be hazardous to your health? This Guide is primarily on the health issues surrounding invasive body piercing jewellery.
If you talk to any Body Piercing specialist/practitioner they will all say the same thing..... Ensure that the jewellery is made of materials that wont react with your body. We all know of how you get those dirty looking black stains on your skin from Stirling Silver Jewellery.... Imagine putting that under your skin! Nasty stuff really.
Some Jewellery is made of cheap materials like chromed or painted mild steel. These coatings can and will come off the substrate (base) metal and be deposited within your piercing. These materials can even break down small enough to pass directly into your blood stream. If your body has a reaction to this particular material you could end up with an infection/poisioning. In some severe cases urgent medical attention or hospitalisation may be needed, which may result in disfiguring scars.... all from buying that $4.95 special.
There are alot of reputable manufacturers around the world and alot of reputable retailers/ebayers selling their products. They are more than happy to supply you with full testing data sheets from

Escrow other than ebay approved Escrow
Talking from experience sellig an item in 2004I sold a 2nd hand Laptop to a lady in London, UK. Being a English man myself I automatically had a disadvantage as I immediately trusted any person from the UK.The lady wanted the item sent to her London apartment and wanted to pay via Escrow. I cant remember the website name but it was a well built Escrow site with a easy web address. I checked out the website, it was a Canadian based site and had a list in google and yahoo. It gave a Telephone number and address in Canada. although a international call to there "call center" became expensive as i sat in a 10 minute queue.I sent the item via Fedex to her after payment was confirmed in this escrow website. The website sent me a professional email to say the money had been received via there payment center, i signed into the website and checked there and the payment showed as held in the escrow account. I confirmed with the escrow company i had sent the item.A week or so later after not hearing from the Buyer via email I thought I would do some investigation. I got in touch with the Canadian Police to confirm this Building and company. They said this is not a registered company and the building address at which I quoted is not a Escrow company.I immediately rang Fedex UK as the item had already arrived in customs there and got them to stop postage and return to me. And tried via countless emails to get in touch with the buyer saying that the escrow company was a fraud but she was part of it and had no reason to keep in contact.Within 3 days that website no longer exsisted no trace of it what so ever and the domain name "Whois data base" was empty.I managed to get the laptop back in my hands safely but I was now AUD$700 short in fedex costs. At least i got the item back and was in a situation where i could resell it and recover some of my debts but the fact of the matter was I was to blind to see the facts. So if you are selling expensive products on ebay and the buyer wants to pay via Escrow make sure you only accept ebay approved websites. Check out the ebay help site and read up on escrow and how it should be used.Save yourself the sleepless nights and debts of expensive postage costs do it the safe way the first wayGood luck

Basic Buying Guide for New eBayers
Things to consider when buying or bidding on eBay.
There are a few things that people need to consider when buying or bidding on eBay.
I have prepared a basic guide to assist new eBay bidders and buyers to ensure they are well informed.
When viewing or thinking about bidding on an item, make sure you know the value of the item beforehand.
Work out what you think the item is worth to you.
Think about what you are prepared to pay and what your maximum bid would be.
Check to see if the Seller has a good Positive Feedback Score.
Read the feedback left for the Seller by the buyers. This is an
excellent way of gauging what type of person you will be dealing with.
Where is the Seller located.
Where is the item location.
Is the item described well.
Do you need to ask questions, if so ask them through the link "Ask seller a question".
Are you happy with the Terms of Auction as set out by the Seller? See Image #3
Warning signs of Sellers that may not be all that they seem.
Very low starting bids but has EXcessive postage costs.
Item exaggerated and asking you to contact them via an email address and not the "Ask seller a question" link.
Little or no description of item and poor quality photos or no photos.
Positive Feedback at 98% or lower. - READ what other buyers have
said about the seller. This is a very good indication of what you may
encounter with the seller.
Does the Seller resort to retaliatory remarks when someone
complains about an item not being as described, or the postage costs
too excessive, or item arrived damaged?
Where is the item located as opposed to where the seller is registered.
Seller is a feedback nazi and wants you to leave positive
feedback and states this in their listings. Warning signs are - "I will
leave feedback when I see you have left feedback for me" in their Terms
of Auction.

How to tell if your NBA / sporting memorabilia is real?
Don't know much about memorabilia? Or are you trying to purchase a present for someone but don't know what is real? Then hopefully I can help you!
Myself being an NBA nut, I have purchased many items through various sources. Now, I have asked myself numerous times whether an item is authentic or not, just on the verge of completing the purchase. Well, the only way that you as a buyer can truly guarantee the authenticity of an item is if it was signed in front of you. Where that isn't possible, then you would have to take the word of the person who WAS present at the signing. And this is where the COA comes in.
What is a COA (Certificate of Authenticity)
The COA is the certificate issued by the seller which basically states that the item was signed in their presence and they guarantee the authenticity. Now anybody can "make" their own authenticity, hence the importance of a COA from a reputable company. A reputable company is one that has been in the memorabilia business for many years and essentially has a good reputation built up throughout those years. A bad company selling fakes will not last more than 6 months due to the complaints filed against them. As with all things, the more reputable the company is, the higher the price you pay for the memorabilia. But this does not mean the cheaper items are automatically branded "fakes". Players and stars do sign for their fans and when the fans decide to sell the autographed items, the items will sell for less even if it does include authenticity. Bottom line? If you have the money and you want to have 100% confidence in the item you are purchasing, then buy items from the bigger companies like
Upper Deck
Mounted Memories
Steiner Sports
Global Authenticated Inc
PSA/DNA
Now this is NOT a definitive list, and just because a company has a website does not make it more reputable, vice versa.
The items with COA from lesser known companies will be cheaper, but it is then up to you as the buyer to trust your own judgement. If an item does not look authentic to you, regardless of which company it comes from, DO NOT

The different between DDR2 and DDR3
With so many types of memory available, it's difficult to tell which is better or even which one is most compatible with your machine. If you're considering upgrading your computer's current memory, or just want to know what the difference between DDR2 and DDR3, read on.DDR2 (Double Data Rate 2) memory has been available for quite some times now. New computers, even computers released within the last 3 years or so come equipped with DDR2 memory. An improvement over DDR memory, DDR2 produces faster performance with less energy consumption with the other. For example, if you have DDR memory, you will not be able to upgrade using DDR2 or DDR3 memory. You can only upgrade DDR memory with another DDR memory.DDR3 memory is still relatively new, and is the most advanced and up-to-date technology you could put on your computer. It does work faster than DDR2 memory, and even uses less energy to perform at suck a high capacity. Because this technology is still fairly recent, you probably won't find it a lot in new computers. One of the biggest setbacks in regards to DDR3 memory is its entry level price range. The lowest price you'll find for DDR2 memory is about AU$15, whereas DDR3 at its cheapest range around AU$55. This comparison is used with a stick of 1GB memory for desktop computer. As it currently stands, top-of-the-line DDR2 memory would be a far better investment than an entry-level DDR3 stick of memory. A lot of this has to do with how long DDR2 memory has been around and its overall popularity. DDR3 will eventually come of age, but it is still a bit too early. In another year, perhaps less, we will see DDR3 memory begin to drop in price, and more and more will be seen in new computer. So, if you're looking to buy a new computer in the next couple of months, you can consider DDR3 if you're looking to acquire a cutting-edge gaming or multimedia computer. However, DDR2 is still the industry standard today. So don't think that by getting DDR2 memory you're getting obsolete technology.Remember, if your computer support DDR2 memory, you can only upgrade with DDR2 memory. Same thing goes with DDR3 and the original DDR memory. This information I research through the net. I hope you can find this guide helpful. Thanks.

PlayStation Portable 3000 vs PSP2000
PSP 3000 ( aka PSP slim twin bro)
In short, nothing much, but Sony's portable video game powerhouse gets an improved LCD and integrated microphone. If you're a heavy PSP user with wads of cash to blow, need the external mic, or want to play games on a standard TV, the PSP 3000 is the sleeker, visually crisper twin to last year's model. If you're an original PSP owner and skipped the PSP 2000, you'll see an even more dramatic difference upgrading. But if you're already rolling with a PSP 2000, your money's better saved than spent on this nominal uptick.
How? Let's have a closer look with a PSP 3000 and PSP 2000.
Starting with the face of the PSP-3000 (on bottom), note that the buttons under the screen are all rounded. Oh, and that little hole next to the PSP logo is the newly integrated microphone. The logos shift around a bit too.
Top view: No differences to note. Still as slim.
Back view: Only change is a slimmer ring around the PSP logo on the UMD door. Note that the Mystic Silver PSP-3000 has a matte finish to the glossy sparkle of the Ice SIlver PSP-2000.
The battery compartments and sizes are identical.
Left view: PSP-3000 (on right) has a more rounded edge and the thumbstick is slightly higher. The grip on the PSP-3000 cradles your thumbs easier.
Left view - Memory Stick Compartment: Same design as PSP-2000. It's held up well on the PSP-2000.
The PSP-3000 (left) features a very slight recess in the middle of the button layout. You can also see the rounded edge again.
Right view: The sliding power/sleep switch and battery compartment button. Same form.
Bottom view: Same power and audio/video out ports.

Buying
Beware of buying samples and "cheap" products from Avon and Nutrimetics
on Ebay. Some tips to avoid paying way too much for these products and
avoid being ripped off....
I have noticed the amount of makeup, fragrance and skincare samples
being sold on ebay recently. There is also a lot of Avon and
Nutrimetics being sold at higher prices than you would usually pay from
your local representative. It always pays to ask a representative you
know how much you would pay for that particular item.
Many of these items are bought as representative only offers, in
clearance catalogues, as part of promotional packs and bargain bins and
sold at inflated prices at auction and in stores. This is really unfair
to loyal customers and Avon and Nutrimetics representatives. Avon and
Nutrimetics actually prohibit the sale of any of their items on the
internet and frequently catch these sellers out and cancel their
representative accounts.
Keep in mind that you would probably get a better deal with your local
Avon or Nutrimetics rep, and do check with them. They know the best
deal you can get and will try to get the best deal for you!
Samples that are sold either in packs or singularly on ebay is also
wrong as samples are provided to the customer for free and they clearly
say on the back of them "Sample Only , Not For Resale". even though it
may seem economical to buy lots of samples, it is certainly not cheaper
as your Avon rep gives them out for free!
Products sold singularly are often a part of a pack or deal available
in your current brochures.(eg A perfume that was part of a perfume gift
box that included shower gel, body lotion, etc). This way the seller
can make more on the item by selling it singularly on ebay and you end
up paying a much higher price.
Tips to avoid paying too much:
1. Never buy sample packs or bulk lots - These are provided FREE by
your Avon rep and you can find a rep easy enough by contacting Avon
2. Check with your local rep or someone else you know who buys Avon /
Nutrimetics on a regular basis to check what they paid for the item
3. Contact the companies yourself to see what deals they have and get
them to send you a catalogue so you can compare and avoid paying
inflated prices.
4. Avoid buying "mystery boxes"

Paying Cash
Dont pay cash for any Item that is close to home make sure you get a bank check otherwise you do not have a leg to stand on with Ebay payment protection plan they dont cover you if you pay cash for an item close to home so when you do buy cash on delivery (pick up) make sure you check the item to its full potential BEFORE you pay money over and remember that you can back out of a deal , the seller does NOT always tell the TRUTH so it is a matter of the buyer beware it is also false advertising even if ebay doesnt cover it see a solicitor, dont get conned.

Grab a bargain as easy as ABC
Here are some of my tips, not all of them, on shopping on ebay for a bargain 1 be patient and you will get what you want at the price you want2 learn to walk away3 Do not take bidding personally4 Know what the item you want can be bought for, know the price you want to pay and STICK to it.
OK here is a nice way to hunt down a great bargain first find out what the item CAN be bought for. There are several ways to do this but my favorite is do first do a search for the item, if you are shopping at a big Ebay store put the whole items title in then go down the page on the left hand side you will find a radio button named Completed listings check this the scroll down and hit show items the sort by: price lowest first this will give you the lowest prices the item has been sold for lately it is worth checking the highest price to give you a range.
While checking the price look for patterns i.e. the time of day the lowest prices where made which day the sales where on are the lowest prices going to a particular seller. If it is a particular seller that is getting the make sure you check them out thoroughly, make certain the items are not fakes or have something else wrong with them because sadly you can not rely on Ebay to give you any cover if they are. A lot of time though a seller does not get a good price especially when they start of because of bad advertising, I lost a lot of money on items when I first started and still sell some items below my cost. So if you find this grab the bargain before I do.
Once you have this info you are armed to set a realistic bargain winning price once you have your price STICK to it. As a seller I love human emotion it has got me some crazy profit margins but to be honest I would rather not see it happen. I have had things at auction go for 10 time what I sell them in my Ebay shop now that may sound great but I do not like it I may of made a nice profit on that sale but I am very unlikely to get any future sales from that customer and they will net be happy bargain hunters that I like.OK once you have your price, that you will stick to, you have to decide how and when to bid go back to you list of completed auctions and check out a few of the listings and look at the bidding history you WILL more than likely notice a few things there will be a name or names that pop up regularly now these are the bids that should interest you. These are more than likely bargain hunters like myself, maybe it is me, now these people have done their homework and worked out the best bargain price and will bid on many items to get the bargains that slip through. What you need to work out is their bidding habits. When did they bid more than likely one of 3 ways
1 Putting the price they want to get the item at just after it was listed check this by clicking Show automatic bids2 a small bid at the start and the real bid in the last minutes/seconds of the auction3 just 1 bid just before the auction finished
You may find that this person has won ALL of the items that sold at a real low price what you need to do is find at what price they stop winning this will give you their bargain price, you will be VERY lucky to win under this price so now you need to see if the price you set, that you will stick by, is above this price if so you WILL get the item at the price you want, or below, as long as you are patient all you need to do is keep bidding your price until you win. I have some tips on bidding in my other guides and I will be posting more on bidding in the future
Remember stick by your price and walk away happy to me this is what Ebay should be about happy bidding and remember for every bargain you get do something nice for someone else that way you get a double win.
If you found this to be useful please vote below to let me know and do not forget to check out my other guides and check back I have some great tips and tricks I will be posting in the near future

Leather Wallets
Leather Wallets
Leather Wallets are being used more and more in every day society. Listing wallets is quite stressful, though, because there is so many for a buyer to choose from.
To list them. Make SURE:
1) You have highlighting.
2) You have a Gallery Image.
Without these, your item will NOT stand out from the other wallets for sale. Also, make sure you do not list a wallet for more than 3 days and make sure it ends on a Weekend. That way, consumers can see your item and buy it.
Make sure your item is not too highly priced - there is heavy competition on the market and there is simply no way to combat this, as it isn't going to change. You need a low price. If you can't sell for a low price, it probably won't sell on Ebay, but keep in mind there are always chances - one day your wallet could sell for twenty dollars, the next, forty. Look at how many people are bidding on the type of wallet you are offering before listing, and see what they will pay.
Make sure you specify whether it is a WOMAN'S or MAN'S leather wallet style. No one is going to buy unless they know - I speak from experience. Even if you put "UNISEX STYLISH LEATHER WALLET" that is better than just saying "LEATHER WALLET."
Lastly, make sure your photo is saved as a .png image. It is the best quality image you can get - and it will make your wallet seem that extra bit better. If you have Brand Cards, that come with a wallet, such as a "Billabong" card that goes in the front, clear case to seem more professional, put it in. If it's New in Box - specify that in the description and the item title. People love 'New in Box' leather wallets!
That's all you need to know about leather wallets, good luck and happy selling!

TUPPERWARE
ON BEING ORGANISED Owning TUPPERWARE can save you time and money by being organised - Never again going grocery shopping without first being able to see exactly what is needed in the pantry .I've been told that I'm a touch neurotic about being organised. TUPPERWARE is just the right thing for me to keep my kitchen in order. There are these things, called Modular Mates, which stack on top of one another to organize for your kitchen cabinets. I was so tired of stale chips and cereal and these kept my dry foods fresh for so much longer than the chip clips.
THE MICROWAVE LINES TUPPERWARE offers a few different lines for the microwave. . Some that you can cook in. And others that are just reheatable in the microwave. This makes today's busy lifestyles so much easier for the "on the go" families. My favourite of these lines is the Rock N Serve. It is stain resistant - so even reheating that pasta sauce with meatballs is a breeze. . right from the freezer to the microwave. And because there is this ingenious rocker vent on the lid, there's no splatters or mess to clean off of the walls of the microwave either.
AND FOR THE REFRIGERATOR This is one of the greatest inventions yet! There are these pieces that come in different shapes and sizes for the refrigerator. They are specifically for fresh fruits and veggies and make their shelf life double and triple. They have little vents that allows the proper air flow for the veggies. Mushrooms last for an incredible 3 weeks!
THE GUARANTEE I was also most impressed with how TUPPERWARE stands behind its name. I went to a TUPPERWARE Party a few months ago and had some cups from when I was married (almost 30 years ago now). They had cracked so I thought I'd return them. (I thought I remembered something about a LIFETIME GUARANTEE.) Not only did I get enough credit to get a new set of cups, but also a beautiful cake taker and a bit left over. Imagine if everyone had lifetime guarantees on their products. (Ummm . .Ford, I know I've been driving your car for 10 years now . .but it's not working the same as the day I bought it . .so can I have a new replacement!! HAHAHA!!)
The Bottom LineI love TUPPERWARE and the great new products it has to offer for today's lifestyles!
IF YOU HAVEN'T SEEN A NEW CATALOGUE . . . and you would like to see one, please email me and I would love to send you the new one.
